What do we mean by “Psychological Paleo"?
A lot of you have already heard about the Paleo diet. Well when we say "Psychological Paleo" we mean going back to our wellbeing roots.
Get outside in nature
Turn off your electronic devices and go and spend some time in nature. Being outside can boost the immune system, reduce anxiety and reduce depression.
Really connect
Go out and connect with real people. Many people go to work, spending all day around co-workers then they go home and spend time with their family but some still feel lonely.
You need to make time for yourself to connect with people, not just work around them or do things for them because they are your family. Meet people just for fun.
Get grounded
Take of your shoes and socks and let your feet connect with The Earth. There are many benefits of walking barefooted everything from strengthening your vein system, better blood circulation to helping open your meridians.
