It's OK to have unhelpful thoughts

There is nothing wrong with being critical of yourself or having unhelpful thoughts we all do it. Sometimes just acknowledging that we are doing it can change the way we think.

Understanding that it's OK to be critical of yourself or it's OK to have unhelpful thoughts can be the thing that really gives you freedom 


It's the simplest of ideas that can make the biggest difference and accepting that you are OK can change your outlook so quickly.
